NEPA Alliance Business Finance Corporation (NEPA Alliance BFC) is a Certified Development Company (CDC) as recognized and certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to offer SBA 504 loans to small businesses within our region and all of Pennsylvania. NEPA Alliance BFC is a non-profit corporation established in 2009 for the purpose of providing SBA 504 financing within the seven counties served by NEPA Alliance; but through the SBA certification, NEPA Alliance BFC provides SBA 504 lending throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. NEPA Alliance BFC operates through a management agreement with NEPA Alliance and is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 15 financing, legal and economic development professionals from the region.
